In the territory of the Community of Madrid, one of the most populous and dynamic in our country is represented a large part of spanish ecosystems. Its network of protected natural areas is one of the most effective means to protect and preserve home values within the region. Among the natural areas of the network stands Regional Park around the axes of the lower courses of the Manzanares and Jarama rivers, known as the Southeast Regional Park (Parque Regional del Sureste).
The Regional Park encompasses a very singular, subject to various factors that distort the biological balance. These circumstances arise largely from the influence of the proximity of surrounding towns. Nevertheless, housing areas and enclaves that constitute some of the richest bio-geographical entities and interesting of the Community of Madrid, with vegetation and wildlife populations of great diversity and richness of species, among which the Court finds the associated avifauna cut and cliffs, rivers and groves gaps created by the extraction of gravel, or other species that inhabit the steppes unique plaster and dry cereals.
